Social Media Consultation
Social media has become one of the “new rules” for marketing. If you don’t have a solid social media plan, you are missing out on one of the greatest tools available to market your business today.
We will assess your present plan, or develop a custom plan designed to get you up and running on social media with purpose. Skeptical? Ask yourself this: “ Do I want more business?” Of course your answer is yes. (If it isn’t, you’re on the wrong website!) Social media is a way to get the word out about your products or services to your target market in time it takes to push a button.
Some clients tell us they don’t have the time to manage their social media accounts properly, but understand the need for these accounts to stay updated daily. That’s ok. We can take care of the management of you accounts too.

Press Release Writing and Distribution
You need to get the word out about the great things you’re doing. New product launches, new locations, expansions, community relations etc. Press Releases are the way to get media attention.
We will write a custom press release of between 500 – 700 words with 5 keyword phrases (approved by you. We will distribute your press release to 20 free online press release sites, as well ass to major media outlets in your area. Up to three revisions are included in the price.
Conversations about your press release needs can take place via phone, Skype or e-mail.

Individual Coaching
Do you want to grow your business but are overwhelmed as to where to begin your plan? Do you have big dreams, big ideas, but can’t seem to take action? Are you ready to take you business to the next level? I can help.
By working one-to-one, we can get laser focused on your needs. We’ll see where you are right now talk about the big picture and develop a plan that’s SMART (ask me about SMART)
We’ll get your plan implemented and stay in touch via e-mail to make sure your running on target.
Our sessions are weekly and are generally 60 minutes long.
A commitment of 3 months is requested for individual coaching services. A free introductory 30-minute call is included with all coaching clients.
Price: $150.00 per month
$400.00 for three months paid in full.
Group Coaching
Being around like-minded people and sharing the resources that group coaching can offer is a great way to implement your plans, be accountable to others and have fun in the process!
Group sessions are limited to 6 people. This keeps the group large enough to mutually benefit from the ideas and talents of others while staying small enough to build solid relationships with those in your group.
Group coaching sessions take place once a week for eight weeks. Each week there is a topic for discussion, and time to talk about goals, challenges certainly the good news about what working your strategy is doing for you and your business! These sessions are fast paced, interactive sessions geared toward learning and supporting each other along the way to your success!
